LTC Partnership Reporting Requirements
The next deadline for insurers to submit data files on active Partnership Qualified policies is
February 1, 2010
. This deadline is for both the semi-annual Registry file and the next quarterly Claimant file.
Detailed data reporting specifications are provided in the documents listed below.
Insurers must register in order to initiate formal data submission procedures with Thomson Reuters. Insurers (or third party administrators) that have not yet registered must do so by completing the registration form below and hitting the Submit button.
Insurers which do not comply with federal data reporting requirements risk termination from participation in the LTC Partnership Program.
